Kent McGlincy

Market Consultant, Invesco Global Asset Management

Raised in a small ski town in Western Pennsylvania, Kent was constantly surrounded by an older generation of family-friends from whom he heard short and tall tales of their life experiences. Though his family had little means, his parents stressed the value of donating his time, lending an ear and opening their home to those who sought company. At holidays, Kent’s father would often host meals that welcomed nearly 30 older adult community members without family or friends of their own.

After losing his father in 2016, Kent made a promise to himself to continue his father’s legacy by serving members of the community from whom he had learned so much since childhood. Wish of A Lifetime’s mission speaks to this legacy by shifting the way our society views and values our oldest generations by fulfilling older adults’ dreams and sharing their stories to inspire those of all ages.

At Invesco, Kent works as a Market Consultant helping financial representatives establish a proper foundation for their clients by providing guidance on their bond allocations. His team at SNW Asset Management designs investment-grade fixed income separately managed accounts for high-net-worth individuals and families. Kent has spent the last 15 years helping investors ensure they are able to retire the way they want and he travels the Western United States doing just that.

Kent married his childhood sweetheart, Jenny, and together they have a daughter, Pippa Lou, and two dogs, Crosby & Fritz.  The currently reside in Centennial, CO and enjoy traveling, hiking, all things exercise and skiing.
