Lieutenant Colonel Marion “Rodge” Rodgers served his country as a Tuskegee Airman in the 99th Fighter Squadron on active duty during World War II.
Rodge’s wish was to take flight again in the plane he flew for 22 years while serving his country.


Rex retraces his father’s WWII footsteps in Bastogne
Rex was inspired to serve by his father, becoming a Commissioned Officer and Naval Aviator.
His dream was to retrace his father’s footsteps as a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne Division during World War II in Bastogne.
Annette honors her husband at Marine Corps museum
For 35 years, Annette stood steadfastly by her husband’s side and raised their family while he served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Her wish was to honor his memory and visit Semper Fidelis Memorial Park to see his engraved memorial brick.
