Naomi Attends her Granddaughter’s Wedding

Naomi, 96, from Georgia was one of the first female dentists in the United States. She went to school at the University of Maryland where she met her husband. After graduating at the top of her class, Naomi and her husband practiced pediatric dentistry together. Despite her busy schedule, giving lectures word wide and sitting on a board of pediatric dentistry, Naomi was always there to support her family. She continues to be an inspiration to her children and grandchildren, especially her granddaughter Lauren.

The two became close when Lauren stayed with Naomi one summer during college. Recently, her granddaughter sent a letter expressing how much she wished Naomi could attend her wedding in Alton, NH. With the help of Wish of a Lifetime, Naomi attended her granddaughter’s wedding on October 19, 2013.
