Pedro’s Wish of a Lifetime is to visit his family in Santiago, Chile. He spent his entire life taking care of his family; both near and far. He has traveled back to Chile in the past to help financially support his relatives who still reside in the Santiago area. He feels helpless that he can no longer financially support them like he has in the past, and he feels guilt for not being there when his brother passed during the earthquakes. He fears losing other family members before he can see them again. He is a very gentle, soft-spoken and encouraging man who has always been well known by his neighbors.
In June of 2010, Pedro was granted his Wish of a Lifetime when he and his wife, Gladys, traveled back to Santiago to reunite with family he had missed for so many years.
